Introduction (Course)

Interactive lessons and guided exercises introduce you to effectively using the Medical Didgeridoo and app-based games.

Duration: 2 to 7 days
Intensive Training

Dedicated daily practice strengthens throat muscles, reducing or eliminating sleep apnea and snoring. Tailored to your specific symptom severity.

Duration: 15 minutes/day, 6 days/week for 3 to 6 months
Strengthening Phase

Consolidates muscle strength and solidifies improvements achieved during intensive training, ensuring long-lasting benefits.

Duration: 15 minutes, twice a week for 8 weeks
Maintenance (Conservation)

Minimal ongoing training to sustain your progress, maintain muscle tone, and ensure lasting sleep quality improvements.
