The Medical Didgeridoo is specifically designed for training throat muscles. It creates a slight air pressure in the throat when played. With the playing technique you learn from the app, you work against this air pressure and use it as resistance, similar to weightlifting.
The Only Similarity with a Didgeridoo is the Sound
The playing technique, size, weight, and materials are different. The Medical Didgeridoo is specially developed for medical use to ensure consistent performance and easy application. The so-called circular breathing used in musical didgeridoo playing is not part of the Silent Sleep Training.
The Medical Didgeridoo Can Be Taken Anywhere
It is only 47 cm long, 16 cm wide, and 5 cm high, and weighs just 350 grams. This makes it easy to take with you on vacation or to work. For optimal hygiene, it is made of plastic and can be easily cleaned.
