With the Premium version, you get 8 months access to the Ultimate App for the price of 6 months.
Is there a difference from a therapeutic point of view?
No, the difference lies in the support for your discipline, motivation and fun during your training.
Can I switch the Starter version to other app versions later?
Yes, you can switch to the Standard or Ultimate version of the app at any time.
Can I also use the app without a subscription?
Yes, the app can also be used without a subscription. You can download the app for free and use the Essential Training.
